WBM will provide notice of the identified purposes either orally, electronically or in writing prior to or at the time of collection of the personal information. WBM will seek the individual's consent prior to gathering or using personal information and WBM will advise that it is the individual's right to refuse.

WBM's website may provide links to other places within the website, or to 3rd party websites. WBM is not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected through these 3rd party websites, and WBM expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such collection, use, or disclosure.

3. Consent

WBM will;

make a reasonable effort to ensure the individual is advised of the purpose for collection and use of personal information;
make a reasonable effort to seek consent to use or disclosure of personal information at time of collection;
collect, use or disclose personal information without an individuals consent only in limited circumstances as permitted by applicable laws;
not require an individual to consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of information as a condition of the supply of a product or service beyond that required to fulfill the explicitly specified and legitimate purposes;
ensure an individual may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions by providing reasonable notice to WBM.

4. Limiting Collection

Any personal information collected by WBM will be limited to what is required for purpose identified in Principle #2 of this Policy.

Any current and future affiliate or subsidiary of WBM is responsible for its own collection, use and disclosure of information and will have its own Privacy Policy.

5. Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention

Any personal information gathered by WBM will only be used for its intended purpose, as identified in Principle #2, except with consent by the individual or as permitted by law. As indicated in Principle #3, WBM may at times use the information without the consent or knowledge of the individual under certain circumstances.

At times, WBM may disclose personal information to 3rd parties including;

a separate company involved in the process of providing a service or product to the individual, as earlier agreed to by the individual and WBM;
a credit or collections agency;
a law enforcement agency;
an agent of the individual;
any other party granted consent by the individual.

When providing any personal information to a 3rd party, WBM will take reasonable steps to ensure that such 3rd parties will keep the information confidential, use the information only for intended purposes and follow policies similar in nature to this Policy.

Personal information may also be disclosed in connection with a sale, transfer or reorganization of WBM's business units. In such circumstances, WBM will require that any personal information will continue to be treated in accordance with this Policy or as otherwise permitted by law.

6. Accuracy

WBM will routinely update personal information, depending on the use of such information. WBM will use reasonable efforts to ensure that personal information in accurate, and that any decisions made by WBM or by a 3rd party is based on the most up-to date information at WBM's disposal.

7. Safeguards

To ensure proper protection and confidentiality of personal information, WBM will employ a number of safeguards including;

physical measures – restricted access, locked filing cabinets;
organizational measures – security clearances, 'need to know' basis;
technological measures – passwords, encryption.

WBM protection policies and safeguards are routinely communicated to all employees to ensure compliance with this Principle.

8. Openness and Updates

Upon written request, WBM will make is policies and practices relating to the protection and management of personal information, other than confidential commercial or company information, available to its customers.

WBM reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. This Policy, along with any changes to this Policy, will be made available on WBM's website.

9. Individual Access

At any time, upon written request, an individual can;

have access to their personal information that WBM has in its possession;

obtain a list of 3rd party organizations that their information may have been disclosed to;
obtain details of what information, if any, was disclosed to any 3rd party.

10. Challenging Compliance

Any individual, or customer of WBM, will be able to challenge WBM's compliance with this Policy by contacting WBM directly. WBM has certain procedures to receive, investigate and respond accordingly to any complaint or inquiries it receives.
